We are seeking a talented Android Developer to join our multi-disciplined development team. We are looking for a person who is hands-on, happy to work in a lean & Agile start-up. This person should be comfortable working in a multi-discipline team, eager to experiment, be metrics-driven and take a holistic view of the proposition. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced startup to help shape the future direction of our products.

We are seeking a talented and pro-active graduate HTML/JS developer to to work alongside our lead frontend developer. Location: London

Citizenme is seeking an ambitious Community & Content Executive to help deliver our vision of everyone being empowered by their personal data. You will work as part of a highly skilled team that includes researchers, UX designers, developers, data scientists, psychologists and futurists, and will provide vital input into our content, community and marketing strategies.

You will need to be a self-starter; willing to take initiative and be happy gaining experience across a wide range of areas before defining where you want to specialise. You’ll love this role if you enjoy working in a collaborative team, are willing to push yourself, and are confident taking the lead to make independent recommendations. Although this is an entry level position, you will be key to how our business operates, and an integral part of a small but rapidly growing team.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Community & Content Exec is responsible for:

1) Content: Creation of original content:

  • Research – which topics, subjects, themes and issues will be of most interest to the Citizenme Community to encourage participation and increase engagement. This content includes fun quizzes, paid surveys, and comparative polls.
  • Coordinate – requirements from the team to create surveys and content which helps Citizenme to better understand the wants and needs of the Community. This information helps the team to prioritise new Citizenme product features.
  • Publish – content across multiple channels (e.g. In the Citizenme apps, on Social Media and via email newsletter) .
  • Monitor and report – engagement and participation metrics across all content to help understand which content works best with different types of participant within the Citizenme community.

2) Community: Helping the Citizenme community to flourish:  

  • Grow – combine the content strategy with elements of outbound digital marketing communications to accelerate the growth of the Citizenme community.  
  • Engage – with the Citizens on Social Media channels such as Facebook and Twitter
  • Support – Handle queries from Citizens sent from within the Citizenme Applications, from the Citizenme website, and via social media.
  • Monitor and report – on Citizen engagement & sentiment, product support issues and overall community health and growth .
