Welcoming Lisa Matzi

Welcoming Lisa Matzi 640 353 StJohn Deakins

We’re excited to share that Lisa Matzi has joined the team this month.

Lisa recently graduated from the Design for Graphic Communication course at the London College of Communications. She contacted us over the Summer to offer us a copy of her final project called “This is Not a Piece of Me?”. It makes her digital self into a tangible, tactile analogue book which advocates for us all to get proper ownership of – and value from – our personal data. Lisa also incorporated some of her insights from the CitizenMe app into the project. We all think it’s very cool and it’s great that she’s able to join CitizenMe to help us all create an amazing CitizenMe user experience for you.

Lisa’s won several design awards including ‘Best Book Design’ at the Leipzig Book Fair and a Joseph Binder Award. She loves thought-provoking, clever design concepts – oh and avocados…

Feel free to drop her a line and say ‘hi’ on twitter: @LisaMatzi

StJohn Deakins

StJohn founded CitizenMe with the aim to take on the biggest challenge in the Information Age: helping digital citizens gain control of their digital identity. Personal data has meaning and value to everyone, but there is an absence of digital tools to help people realise its value. With CitizenMe, StJohn aims to fix that. With a depth of experience digitising and mobilising businesses, StJohn aims for positive change in the personal information economy. Oh… and he loves liquorice.
